By using, viewing, accessing or otherwise interacting with our website, servers, services, mobile app (referred to as “App” from hence forward), application programming interface (referred to as “API” from hence forward), digital property or any associated content or postings you are agreeing to this Terms of Use, going forward referred to as “ToU”. You acknowledge and agree iBuildCars.com is a private site owned and operated by RPM Auto. If you are accessing or using iBuildCars.com on behalf of a business, you represent and warrant to iBuildCars.com that you have authority to accept the ToU on behalf of that business and therefore that business agrees to the ToU. If you do not agree to the ToU, then you are not permitted to use iBuildCars.com, the App or any other digital property. The ToU may be changed or modified at any time without prior notice and is completely within our sole discretion. By accessing iBuildCars.com, App or any other digital property it is your responsibility to check for changes or modifications to the ToU and are bound to the terms if you continue to use iBuildCars.com website, App or any other digital property.

 

The Privacy Policy, Prohibited List, and all other policies, site rules, and agreements referenced below or on iBuildCars.com, App or other digital properties are fully incorporated into this ToU, and therefore agree to them as well.

By agreeing to the ToU you are confirming that:

  • You are of sufficient age and capacity to use iBuildCars.com, App or other digital properties and be bound by the ToU.
  • Or that use of iBuildCars.com, App or other digital property is on behalf of a business, and therefore binding that business to the ToU.
  • Understand that we are grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-assignable license to use iBuildCars.com in compliance with the ToU; unlicensed use is unauthorized.
  • You agree not to use content in which you are the originator or producer of, from iBuildCars.com to make derivative works, nor distribute, license, or sell.

USE: 

 

Unless otherwise licensed by RPM Auto Inc in a separate agreement, you agree not to use or provide software or services that interact or interoperate with iBuildCars.com, App or other digital properties for downloading, uploading, creating/accessing/using an account, posting, flagging, emailing, searching, or mobile use. You agree not to copy or collect iBuildCars.com, App or other digital property content via any automated digital means (such as robots, crawlers, spiders, scripts, scrapers), manual aggregation or other way. In simple language you agree to not take content from our website, App, or other digital property or use any spamming techniques or technology on our website, App or other digital property.

 

Furthermore misleading, unsolicited, unlawful postings or communications are prohibited, as is buying/selling any unlawful items/content or any other form of activity we deem as malicious. Selling of accounts, memberships, or stores requires approval by RPM Auto Inc.

You agree not to post content that is prohibited by any of iBuildCars.com’s policies or rules referenced above (“Prohibited Content”). You agree not to abuse iBuildCars.com’s flagging or reporting processes. You agree not to collect iBuildCars.com user information or interfere with iBuildCars.com. You agree we may or may not moderate iBuildCars.com’s access and use. And you agree that is within our sole discretion to block, filter, re-categorize, change ranking, delete, delay, hold, omit, verify, or terminate your access, license, or membership with or without notice.

By agreeing you understand:

(1) not to bypass this moderation.

(2) we are not liable for moderating or not moderating.

(3) nothing we say or do waives our right to moderate or to not moderate.

 

Unless licensed by us in a separate written or electronic agreement, you agree not to:

  • rent, lease, sell, publish, distribute, license, sublicense, assign, transfer, or otherwise make available iBuildCars.com, App, API or other digital property
  • copy, adapt, create derivative works of, decompile, reverse engineer, translate, localize, port or modify iBuildCars.com, App, API, or any other digital property, any website code, or any software used to provide iBuildCars.com access
  • combine or integrate iBuildCars.com, App, API, or other digital property with any software, technology, services, or materials not authorized by us
  • circumvent any functionality that controls access to or otherwise protects iBuildCars.com, App, API or other digital property
  • remove or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights or notices. You agree not to use iBuildCars.com, App, API or other digital property that violates any applicable law or for any other purpose that infringes, misappropriates, or otherwise violates any intellectual property right or other right of any individual.

Refunds

Subscriptions are non-refundable. Your ads will be continue to be advertised for the time period you paid for unless removed for ToU violation. Once the time period is up we wont continue to charge you. And again there is no obligation to renew, you can cancel at anytime. And of course we will allow you to renew if you’d like.

Media
